These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of games and related services published by Cucafera Games, including Stack Sip on iOS (the “Services”).
Agreement
By downloading, installing, or playing our games, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and App Store rules.
Your responsibilities
- Use the Services only in lawful ways
- Do not reverse engineer, cheat, disrupt, or exploit the Services
- Do not attempt to access systems or data that are not yours
Intellectual property
The Services, including artwork, audio, code, names, and trademarks, are owned by Cucafera Games or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Purchases and virtual items
If the Services offer paid features or virtual items through the App Store, Apple’s payment terms apply. Virtual items have no real-world cash value and may be modified or discontinued.
Updates and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cucafera Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim or (b) €50.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
Changes
We may revise these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
